Refund policy

Products must be returned unused, unopened with their seal intact and in the same condition as they were originally purchased from Sophistacut.

Items must be returned within 7 days from dispatch.

We will not exchange or refund any item which has been used or is not in the exact condition in which it was purchased from us.

Postage charges will not be refunded or credited, and you will need to post back at your own expense keeping proof of postage for reference.
